I'm a full-time artist working in acrylic, oil and digital mediums. I love painting gently abstracted landscapes of the southeastern U.S. and central Florida where I grew up before the days of theme parks. In my art, you'll find a touch of "old Florida," mossy oaks and pines, peaceful lakes, waterways and hiking trails. There will also be some beaches, mountains and flowers as regular themes.
Art has always been a part of me. I have vivid memories of being a six year old entralled with coloring books and finger paints. But my creative torch was lit the day my sixth grade teacher praised a palm tree painting I made in her class. For months after, all I wanted to do was paint palm trees! I took art classes in college and, later, studied with several noted artists while raising three sons and serving as Creative Director at my local church. My work has been shown in regional and online galleries and art shows, in local shops and in the homes of collectors throughout the US. It was also featured in Stroll magazine.

My favorite husband, David, and I live in Winter Garden, Fl. We spend our free days hiking, boating and hanging out with our family. We love getting time in the mountains and, as first time dog owners, we're learning how to manage our very lively doodle puppy, Dallas.
