When Will I Receive My Order? 

On average, we've found that most orders arrive 7-10 days after they were placed. Please allow 1-3 days for processing (in addition to standard shipping times) on any order that includes Christmas cards. 

What Is Your Return Policy?

If your item arrives damaged, please let us know at caron@caronloveless.com and we will gladly replace it or offer a refund. 

When Do I Need to Place My Order For It To Arrive By Christmas? 

Due to constraints across the production and shipping landscape from labor and material shortages, we recommend that you shop early this year to avoid any unnecessary delays. 

• For those shipping internationally, please place your order no later than December 1 for Christmas arrival. 
• For those shipping within the US, please place your order no later than December 10 for Christmas arrival.
