Clouds Over the Sea

Clouds get huge in the summer where we live. It's a full-time job trying to watch their formations change as the day heats up and they fill with moisture. What simple, joyous entertainment to sit in a beach chair and study the shape of passing clouds. I continue to be challenged in the painting of them but it's fun watching them take shape on the canvas.
